The hotel exceeded all my expectations with bonus mention to my room attendants for their exceptional care with everything that I needed. Special mention to Rashit and Saltos (sorry about the misspelling) and Ajith at the front desk who made the one glitch right with exceptional customer service fitting with a 5 star experience.

Our booking included the complementary airport pick-up and drop, which is a big bonus. This was our second stay in the space of 17 days, as we were transiting through Chennai en route to Madurai and back, so the transfers were very much appreciated. Mr Anthony in the restaurant (duty manager?) was very welcoming and helpful on both our stays: our thanks to him. The staff at Reception were all very professional indeed.

Close to the airport and such a wow on arrival! Electric car transfers included both ways and the room? Spotless but way too complicated electronics for us prehistoric Europeans. We still live in caves don’t you know? The staff? Reception, drivers, porters, the absolute best. Beyond! Even though we hadn’t included breakfast in our rate, the hotel sent us off at 5am with a packed tasty breakfast bag which, given the lack of anything edible in the international departure lounge that early, amazing! 🤩 The room toilet had to be used to be believed. Space age! We still use a hole in the ground in our garden in France . This one connects you directly with Elon musk probing Uranus!

Excellent location for the airport, and only a short distance to go down to the sights in the City. Ideal for a 1 night stop over or a 2 night city stay. Although only around 3 kms from the airport allow 20-30 min at busy times as the traffic can be very heavy. Great breakfasts with vast range of Indian / non Indian food - all the servers were extremely helpful. The bar area is lively (can be a bit noisy) and serves an extensive range of Indian veg/non veg dishes. The concierge service is excellent and very informative.

We just stayed for one short night at the hotel and therefore could not check out all the facilities the house offers, not even the breakfast. Nevertheless, the room was big as well as the badroom.

Everything! The staff are the most attentive I have ever come across. They were all kind, helpful and approachable and their customer service is the best of any hotel I have ever visited. The suite was clean, practical, spacious and well furnished and we loved the city view. We had to check out at 2a.m. and we were provided with a packed breakfast, which we had chosen the day before - it felt like everyone was working their utmost to make our stay comfortable and to provide us with a personal service.

I wanted to express my gratitude for the exceptional experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel. From the moment I checked in, everything exceeded my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite, which was spacious and well-appointed, making my stay even more enjoyable. The prime location near the airport was incredibly convenient for my travel needs. Additionally, the foot massage service you offered as a welcome was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. Fabulous and memorable moments spent during my two night stay at this well maintained 5-star hotel. Joseph at the reception arranged for my airport pickup. Staff are welcoming and polite. Great variety of good food and local spicy dishes at restaurants. Close to the airport. Enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool and magnificent sunset. Thank you to the great staff at the spa, especially Mr Suthakumar and Mrs Nandhinee, for recommending me a superb relaxing back massage. Value for money. Definitely 100% recommending this hotel.
