Staff were very hospitable. Some of the decor was quite nice. The breakfast buffet was large and impressive. The rooms were large, well equipped, clean and comfortable. The check in and check out procedures were very smooth. The pool area was well designed with the glass cafe adjoining it.

The newly renovated hotel was very elegantly apportioned. The room was spacious and tech controlled, which we enjoyed very much. There were a number of extra touches like fresh biscuits, fruit, and snacks that added to the comfort level. Most importantly, the staff was exceptional, and I am sorry I do not have all their names. They were very courteous and responsive throughout our stay. Also enjoyed the dining options that were available. Finally, the location was perfect for our visit needs.i would recommend highly to others!

An exceptional experience. It was spontaneous as I missed a flight and had to stay in Chennai overnight. I am so pleased I chose to treat myself to this hotel. The arrival book-in was smooth, and I received a refreshing drink and cookies. The receptionist was very nice and efficient. I also received a complimentary spa treatment and a drink from the bar. My room was incredible. Every small detail had been thought of, and it felt luxurious. Complimentary fruit, chocolates, cookies, chips, tea, coffee, and water. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom with its five spray heads was awesome after a long day of travelling. Everything was computerised, which for a slow brain took a while to work out. The next morning, I was driven to the airport in their complimentary car. Thank you, Radisson, for spoiling this weary traveller it was exactly what I needed.

Super lovely rooms with designer furniture. The best bed ever - huge and softest linen. You don’t want to leave it. Undisturbing great aircon. Silence inside the rooms. 10 Min to airport. Excellent polite and kind staff from pick up to check in to house keeping! They are perfectly trained. Thank you.

This is, simply put, one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The room was fantastic: quiet, beautiful and with plenty of amenities (and gadgets!). I loved the fact that they left some complementary fruits and snacks, plenty of water, tea and coffee. I had dinner and breakfast at the Ministry of Spices and the food was incredible. There were all sorts of delicacies (the desserts were small art pieces, so delicious!) from South to North Indian food with fresh breads baked on the spot, pizzas and other Western items too. As a person who is into sports, I have to leave a special comment about the gym. The facilities are not only beautiful and big but updated, well taken care of and they have the amazing luxury of a trainer to help out! On top of all that, you get a free shuttle to the airport that is not the usual van that you have to book, but a car at your disposal whenever you need it. The staff was fantastic and the price totally affordable. I hope it stays that way for many years as I am planning to return every time I am in Chennai!

Everything, the hotel was recently renovated and it is beautiful! It's relatively unassuming from the outside, but a beautiful oasis of luxury on the inside. Staff was also great, very nice and helpful, from the restaurant to the bell-desk and reception. The travel hub was very useful, from arranging airport transfers to reserving an electric (!) car for errands. It was really a great experience, especially for a hotel with proximity to the airport.

Low rise building, more sprawled out over an area rather than high The mention of our stay at Radisson Blu GRT Chennai Airport would not be complete without saying the experience of being in Chennai during a full fledged cyclone! Yes! When we arrived in Chennai, little did we know that a storm had already brewed and was going to bring the city of Chennai to a standstill. However, we felt secure in this hotel. It was safe, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were all good despite the fact that many of their homes may have been affected. They all worked with a core number of people, while their colleagues could not report for work. It was sad to see some of them overworked, yet being able to put up a smile as always. Many of their restaurants were also closed due to limited supply. However, their main restaurant was still open and they did manage to cater to all the guests. We rotated our schedule between the buffet, the gym and the spa, for about two days while waiting for the weather to settle. The Bodhi Spa is one of a kind! It was functioning, but for shorter hours during this difficult period. The gym is a great, I must say. Very well equipped. Well done Radisson! I’ll be back!

I used the package where 2 meals were included. Their Anglo Indian buffet is top notch! I have travelled all over the world for business and pleasure, and I think the only hotel it competes with is the Ritz Carlton. Their Anglo Indian restaurant is SUPER GOOD The food in India can be a bit too hot and spicy for my palate , but I was able to eat almost everything here! Also, the staff members…all the way to house cleaning people…were very trained and professional.
